Mother of two shot and killed by boyfriend in New Haven, police say

Police said the couple's 1-year-old child was with them at the time. The baby is safe.

He killed the mom in front of the daughter....smh...he doesn't need to get out of jail...we are living in a world full of people who can't control their emotions...they need to teach that in schools...emotional regulation...
