Hello, this is very good. My worries for these kind of projects is the period after when all the owners stay and have to manage the properties: gate, garden, pavement, entrance, garbage collections, plumbing, boreholes, pumps. In Europe, it is mandatory to pay a company that will take care of all these common costs and tasks. What if you have owners not willing to contribute and take care of the common facilities? What about the colour/painting of all the flats? One owner can have a different taste than another one? The value of your property depends on the actions of your co-owners.

Very good questions. Buyers have to pay levies for common expenses. There's a property management company that will manage the complex.

Great presentation, although there are some practical property manangement issues that have not been addressed. I have been building properties in Roma, near Foxdale, for more than twenty years, I live outside Zambia. I love the vision and ambition, excellent.
