Very cute series! I just want to add a warning for anyone attempting to do the same: The pond made in here will only give you fish, none of the other items you can get when fishing will apply here because the body of water is not 'deep' enough. If you wish to change that, amplify the area of the pond two more blocks in all directions and then fill wit water till the top (instead of leaving a one block depth like in the video); non-fish items only get fished in water that is at least 5x5x5 so the middle of your new bigger pond may now fit that criteria. Only things you will need to move (decorations) are the pier and wooden fences I think.

Shouldn't it be enough just to make the pond deeper? As far as I know, an area of 5x4x5 around the bobber is sufficient. You could use lily pads to mark the area where you get items.

Underneath the leaves it will be dark and mobs will spawn. Putting lights there may make it a bit ugly so planks are the best solution
