Getting back into biking after a decade away and I gotta say I love watching Jordy think through and explain this stuff. Dialed has been the most informative and entertaining series I’ve found for suspension setup and tuning. Thanks for putting these out and keep up the good work 👊

Masters mentioned a great point. THE MIDGIES! They are ferocious. You stop for 30 secs and then you’re covered in them. I thought people were joking when they mentioned them, but they are intense.

Question for a Q&A maybe; generally at what point do riders come and see you? For example in this ep. One rider mentioned he changed the spring. I suspect there isn't a general answer but is that common; will they make changes on their own/with their mechanics until they're out of ideas and then come see yourselves? Or just whenever

Question: I see quite a few riders using telemetry on their forks/shocks. How does Jordie and the crew feel about riders/teams using telemetry to get suspension insights and tuning this way vs. stopping at the tent and puzzling?

When you guys pump the shocks, do you go over a little on psi and then pray it lowers down to what you wanted?! 🤔🤔🤔🤔 please help lmao.
@darrenmcneill22262 жыл бұрын
No need. Just pump it to the psi you want. It doesn't lower when you take the pump off. Only when you put it back on as air has to fill the pump as well.
@mymodel62 жыл бұрын
That hiss you hear when you remove the pump, is air emptying out of the pump, not from the shock. The pressure is lower when you attatch the pump because air leaves the shock and fills the pump...

@@Powerhugful guess who is successful in life? Those who surround themselves with people smarter than them and those who have resources they themselves don't so that they can focus on what they do best. That's who. Rider provides feedback. Tech provides options based on decades of technical knowledge but in a communication form the rider can use to their benefit. Pretty easy really.
