The City Of Hope located in Duarte is a comprehensive cancer care center that has been ranked one of the nations best cancer hospitals in the US. The EPA needs to consider the proximity of a toxic dump site near a highly immuno compromised population on the Duarte campus.

It's the 21st century...All modern waste processing & rehandling facilities are contained within a closed facility building... Simply build a large warehouse that is a processing center, & not to do it all outside... Or use the existing municipal waste centers that are now idle due to there being no waste collections from the areas affected by the fires.

The residents did not want answers they wanted to shout down the people who where there to outline and explain the temporary staging of materials . This Debris is from homes the fire incinerated house old chemicals .They will take precautions with the land and air.
