Even as a Roosters supporter, I tend to agree with the boys through most of their points here, hell I even with agree with Kenty. We only narrowly avoided the spoon in 2016 as we went through a massive rebuild, blooded a ton of new players, and our experienced stars were either injured or suspended but Robbo was under no pressure as it was all part of the bounce back ahead of 2017. In the end it proved right as we improved massively in 17 and won the comps in 18 and 19 but since 2020 we've gradually fallen further and further away and yet Robbo has been under no pressure. Eventually it's going to have to come if we keep losing games we should be winning!

Manu & Suali'i committing to union already is definitely a head spin for a coach. There's a lot of teams that have promise but key reshuffles are required going forward. Gone are the days when the top clubs had cohesive spines and strong leaders in the forward packs. There's been a generational shift in not only talent but experience. A lot of the best and smartest minds to play footy have left the game and only a few remain as on field leaders. SJ, DCE, Reno & even the JWH's of the world a few and far between in todays game. Salary caps are disproportionate to the level of talent available and recruitment is marred by the constant rule changes around it. I understand empowering the players is important but the essence of the game gets impeded on when the money becomes paramount to the actual quality of the game. I don't even really blame the players, more so the business that binds them. Contracts with weight stipulations (What?), Rule changes like the disruptor (Why?), inconsistencies in 6-agains and obstruction calls, over use of the bunker etc The officials have stopped officiating and started managing the game and it can get tiresome sometimes. Long winded rant over. Up the wahs!

Is teddy under pressure ? From what , Losing his position ? I don’t think so 😂 Sam Walker and Luke Keary just don’t mesh together. We seen how much better they play when theres only one of them on the field. They just don’t play well together. Brandon smith has been one of there best players this year so far tho.

Even as a Roosters fan I have no confidence in this team. It is always about investing in athleticism and a power game that is a few injuries away from falling apart. Hate to say it but Robbo seems incapable of coaching creative ball playing just an athletic side that inevitably burns out
