They are def. ours, but if they are civilian, why are they flying over military and airforce bases and airports? Licensed drone civilians know that's against the law and it comes with a hefty fine. It's incredibly obvious that they are government drones (which govnt though? the legit/elected one or the shadow one?). Most people who know a lot more than this ex-FBI guy (like the whistle blowers that worked in dark projects) are saying they are the shadow govnt's drones (you know them as m*n in bl**k). But why they are doing it, or what they are looking for is anyone's guess. BTW, Dr. Greer and others that are trying to expose the shadow govnt. are saying that the orb's are theirs too, and not extra-terrestrial. Don't forget they have been studying (and shooting down) crashed alien crafts for 8 decades, and have been reverse-engineering alien technology for a very long time now. Most of the UAP/UFO's people see nowadays are ours, made by Lockheed Skunk Works who are part of this shadow organization which went rogue 5 decades ago and are highly secretive, and without any oversight from Congress or the White House.
