When the train derailed in East Palestine, OH the FAA put up a restricted operating zone. You couldn't launch in or fly into that area. It was just a few keystrokes on a computer. So unless these are unregistered or jail broke drones you can't fly them. They're doing this to pass a law and tighten restrictions.
