I was watching a different news report a little while ago there are people apparently flagged down a police officer and pointed out a man climbing the building with a gun in the officer went to investigate and the gunman aimed his rifle at the officer who turned tail and ran and did not get on the radio saying man with a gun. Why did he not put out a radio warning?
