Yep, the transformation was complete after 2008 elections. Before that it took one president’s economic policies about 4 to 8 years to fully manifest. It was usually in the term of another president’s first two years. Now a days the effects of the executive orders and such there is a near immediate impact. We are a quasi socialist state now.
