If I were (hypothetically) to tell you some really nasty things that I’m going to do to your mother, (but calmly) I would be the one behaving uncivilized. Whereas if you were then to respond by raising your voice, people would not say you are acting in an uncivilized way. The same applies here. Really, the calmness is just a facade; she knows that she is taunting and personally attacking, against the explicit ethical rules, and she hopes to get a response of outrage, just for harvesting clicks on her shorts. Posing as calm gives her a modicum of plausible deniability in what otherwise would have been an even more clear violation of ethical codes and informal norms.
