from a farmer who has gone through dozens of pairs of leather gloves working on the farm, they get wet from water, sweat whatever. when they dry out they shrink a lot. you have to struggle to even get them on and they do stretch back out. Hence leather gloves soaked in blood and sweat sitting in an evidence locker will dry out and shrink considerably.

Exactly! Because there was no one else’s blood or prints anywhere. The glove didn’t ‘fit’ because it hadn’t been kept supple, they were allowed to dry crushed up, he had rubber gloves on and he was splaying out his fingers. If anyone else had done it they would’ve bragged to someone years ago and been caught. He did it and the evidence proved it. That jury was nuts. I’m glad he eventually went to jail for the other crime. Not long enough, but he was jailed.

Yes, but That idiot, Judge Ito, wouldn't allow OJ's confession to Rosie Greer. When Rosie Greer told him to accept Jesus as his savior, he'd have to admit what he had done, OJ picked up the Bible, slammed it on the table in the attorney's room and screamed, "All right! I admit it! I killed the bitch!". A Deputy in the next room heard the confession. The DA said there was no expectation of privacy if you scream something. The defense, not knowing if the Judge would allow the statement, scrambled to change their defense to the "battered husband syndrome". Judge Ito, fearing he would be overturned, ruled the statement in admissible. So the defense went back to "he's innocent".

Nice try, but it's Bullshit: From the L.a. Times (Greer's actual statement to Prosecutor William Hodgeman: "Hodgman had to fight just to ask the question. Overcoming objections by Simpson defense attorney Johnnie L. Cochran Jr., the prosecutor convinced Ito that the query was valid because Simpson may have effectively waived his right to confidentiality by raising his voice during the guard-monitored visit. "Did Simpson raise his voice over normal speaking levels", Hodgman asked. "No, sir," Grier answered. So, where's this scream you allege was heard?

Building on what@@DeMoraJS said. How do you know for sure that he is guilty? They are hundreds of people convicted because of a lack of skilled representation. You are judging based what evidence they were but so was the 12 people in the jury. Only a handful of people truly know whether or not he is guilty. We are supposed to assume someone is innocent until proven guilty. As his former lawyer said it is a strong chance that the killer hasn't faced trial. OJ did. We just don't know, we weren't there.

Legally he did not "admit" it, but morally he admitted it. But morality doesn't count for facts in a case that's already been tried. OJ totally did it. I’d read several books about this. Shapiro was ready to concede, it was written, until Johnny Cochrane jumped in the drivers seat. The low speed getaway driver, Kardashian, would later have nothing to do with OJ. I had so totally misread this trial as a celebrity freak show. I was working inside a bank when the verdict came out and the black ladies were cheering wildly and hugging as if the US hockey team just beat the Russians, and I was stupefied… had no idea it was perceived as ‘us against them,’ or that they wouldn’t identify with the domestic abuse!

Anybody who has ever worn gloves like that, made of leather, knows that, even when they get slightly damp, not even wet, they shrink horribly. How stupid was the prosecution to ask him to put on gloves that shrunk. Let's face it. When your ego is as big as OJ's was back then, you believe you can get away with anything. One small detail. Mark Furman threw the glove over the wall at OJs house. Vanatter the other detective squirted blood from a syringe on OJs property and in his bedroom. The sock with the blood on it had preservative in it the kind used by the LA police lab. The blood on the sock went from one side thru the sock to the other side which of course is impossible since OJ was wearing the sock. I think OJ was guilty but LAs finest like usual tried to tilt the scales. OJ could afford a top defense team to counter the bumbling police and prosecution.

Krug & Mackay: You obviously have no knowledge of God, Jesus, or His Word, so in your chosen ignorance, you reject it for your own, personal beliefs. And God allows you to do so. B/C He won’t force you to believe. Let alone force you to choose Him & your Savior Jesus. He doesn’t remove our Free Will He Blessed us with. He didn’t create puppets. So man, is also allowed to do what HE wants to here. To the environment, to animals in it, & to each other. *Evil* pervades the world. Obviously. You can’t have a master of evil, w/o having the opposite in life. One doesn’t exist w/o the other. That’s just basic knowledge. And since evil obviously does.... ;) *MAN* is the one who destroys here. Life & environment. He wants the capacity & capability to rule over everything & everyone. And takes great pleasure in the power to do so. Obviously. You enjoy your free will & choices daily in your lives, do you not? Would you rather be someone’s puppets? Do only what they would have you do, for them? Didn’t think so. ;) If God took back control & removed the free will of any man or people in one area, He would have to do so in ALL areas, w/ALL mankind. And He isn’t going to do that just yet. But *He most certainly will!* And that awesome day is coming at us like a runaway train now. You can know what God wants you to & what you desperately need to, anytime you choose to. Just take it upon yourselves w/your own Free Will, to ask Jesus to Reveal Himself to you. He never refuses a *sincere* heart. Blessings will be yours, if/when you do. Hope it’s soon.

You will probably never be arrested for a crime you didn't commit, but there's always a chance you will. What then? The system can only work, to the extent that it does, if ANYONE accused of a crime has access to a lawyer who will keep all information confidential, and give the client the best defence their professional ability can provide. It is up to the state, the people, the crown, to PROVE the guilt of an accused beyond reasonable doubt, to the satisfaction of a jury or judge. It is up to the defence to cast doubt as to whether or not the prosecution's case proves the guilt of the accused. There is a reason why the bar is set very high for the prosecution. It's to protect you, even if it means the guilty sometimes walk.

@@shanedickinson745 Lawyers have to defend murderers. It goes with the territory. Drug addiction kills people from all walks of life, not just criminal lawyers' sons. A parent can do everything right and still lose their child to it. I think drug addiction is a very complex issue; attributing it to "demons" does not do justice to its victims because it ignores the very real humans who profit from it and perpetuate it. But if that's the only way you can make sense of it, that's your business.
