Johnson was elected to office in 2023 and already has a 20% approval rating. Chicago IL is one of the big US cities that does not allow recall votes on mayors, They are trying right now to change that law. A recall cannot be called until the law is changed to allow recalls. You do realize that cannot vote out elected officials at any time of one's choosing. If that were possible, I guess Joe Biden would have been voted out a year or two ago.

I'll believe it when I see it. I've lived in IL for 45 years. The residents of Cook county have voted for identity politics, and progressively more leftist rhetoric regardless of results every time. They had their chance when they were unhappy with Lightfoot and voted in this maniac who is even MORE far left. We'll see if they've finally woken up and connected the dots.
