And speaking as someone who lived in Florida for 15 years, and survived Hurricane Ian, not only was Florida so much better prepared to deal with it, but everything was done in a proper order. Yes, the insurance companies were the main problem. But at least the power was returned in a timely manner, we all pulled together to help clean up our local communities, we actually communicated with our neighbors...what's California doing?
