The lawyers the Dems recommended her to, kept the fact that the Reps were willing to go to her in California, which worked as a delay tactic. Did Feinstein & the Dems purposely tell the lawyers to withhold that vital information (that the Reps were willing to go to Ford) in order to stall? -Ford's friend just swore under oath that he personally witnessed her COACH her friend on how to pass a polygraph. This is opposite of her answer to Mitchell, during the hearing. This is called perjury. -Ford's home remodeling project was in 2008, not 2012 like she said. -she has a lot of holes in her story. It needs to be investigated thoroughly. -ALL sides must be investigated, not just Kavanaugh. Burden of proof, innocent before proven guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt, applies to ALL citizens of the US, Conservative males included. -Ford and Feinstein aren't being accused of sexual assault, however they may be guilty of perjury and other charges, which is why I stated for them to be investigated.

I am a victim of false accusation of rape. Luckily she retracted her story quick so it stayed between a few people. In short she cheated on her boyfriend with me and she said she was single. When it turned out we werent getting a relation she got back with her boyfriend and 1,5 year later she told him I raped her. He was (logically) angry but after a day (I was about to go to the police from threats from him) she told everyone the truth. But stil only a few people in my surrounding know about it because I dont want people to look in a different way to me. Also it effected the way I date women and I dont want to think about what would happen to my life if she continued these allegations. Thinking about it gets me angy to her and its one of the most traumatising moments in my life because I realised I could lose EVERYTHING, specially with internet now a days.

Just the accusation can completely destroy someone's life even if proven innocent in the end. So I would say "YES" it is worth the same punishment, the accuser should then have to be plastered as such and raked through the coals, they should lose their job and or positions held as well as then have to pay fines as well as restitution. On the issue of jail that should be left to the court considering that was a very strong possible outcome for the accused when the accuser decided to actively target and or misinform in order to seek punishment and retribution. That in itself is worth enough let alone to be labeled as a crime let alone a felony on own.

What about the porn lawyer's client, (I refuse to use either of their names) she has admitted to witnessing crimes on multiple occasions and failing to report it. When I was a police officer we called that collusion, complicit in, conspiracy to commit, and accessory to a crime. Her failure to report the crime enabled the crimes to continue. If she had reported it she would have saved multiple women from suffering through it, including herself! Every woman raped there after that can blame her for it just as much as the person doing it. According to law, she should be charged with the same crime. I'm surprised the porn lawyer's office didn't advise her of this. Nobody else is taking about this. She might realize she should apologize about making up this accusation. As it is she should go to jail because her statement, supposedly sworn, is also her confession to committing the crime. The prosecutor would have a slam dunk conviction. Please, we need to get people talking about this!

I worked for a very small Christian school and it was situated in a potential flood zone. Many times we had to close the school down so that staff members could clean up and make repairs because of flood damages. So the Pastor of the church site where the school was located decided by the city's approval to build a short wall to divert the flood waters. However, the EPA heard about the small project a demanded that workers stop the project because they said" we could POSSIBLY endanger the life of a certain kind of frog that MAY be living near a small canal. We continued to have flood damages every year during the rainy seasons. The same principle was applied to Brett Kavanaugh in that he is considered "guilty until proven innocent;" so they are stopping the whole process of installing a judge who would prevent the "flood waters" of injustice found and committed in our very own government.
