That's what they wanted ppl to believe. Armon was 100% correct. Paris Hilton had already laid the blueprint for Kim. Kim was actually Paris' assistant. Pretty much everything Paris did, Kim ended up doing. Kim just had a Momanger who knows how to hustle for her kids to get a better opportunity. Ray J was part of it, but he wasn't the one that changed the game. Kris Jenner changed the game on how to capitalize off it. Besides, there were WebCam models waaay before OF. Ray J was reaching. Hell, ppl like TS Madison and Jenny McCarthy were doing it before Kim/Ray was thought of.

honestly if black ppl would’ve went the malcolm way vs martins way we would’ve been much further. i think we wanted to be intergraded far too much instead of focusing solely on our own. i would prefer for us to be in our own. we wouldn’t have the issue of removing slavery from our academics. who wants to really use their public bathrooms ? i mean i just think we would’ve gotten further on our own instead of begging for a seat at the table
@fah2326 ай бұрын
I think so too, but maybe not because they kept destroying everything we built. They didn't want us with them but also didn't want us to have anything.
@thetruthendofstory6 ай бұрын
That sounds good and I agree with much of your sentiment, however since we live in the majority white United States of America, the power structure is situated in a way where in order to obtain real wealth, political power, and influence, we have to step into "white spaces" Also having "a nation within a nation" would be detrimental in the long run because we would be regulated permanently as second class citizens. Just look at what happened to the native Americans.
@87Lohan6 ай бұрын
I agree, I think integration maybe could’ve happened further down the line once black people had built their own economic structures and more to offer within an integrated system. That way we would be coming to the table and really leveraging what we already have. Look at the Chinese, they were also enslaved, didn’t really integrate, built an industry the world cannot live without. Not they choose whether they want to be at the table or not
@jazzmynecobbs98536 ай бұрын
@@thetruthendofstoryi get that but at least the native americans get a stipend monthly. we can’t even get that ! the natives have representation we could’ve assigned someone as our representative nd kept it pushing
@thetruthendofstory6 ай бұрын
@@jazzmynecobbs9853 once again I agree with much of your sentiment, however I have a slight disagreement. If you look at every metric from poverty, crime, education, health, wealth etc native Americans are worse off than us. While a lot of the segregation was forced upon them, their choosing to be a nation within a nation by isolating themselves in the US, instead of fighting like our ancestors did for a seat at the table, definitely hurt them. I am speaking from some experience as I have seen first hand what life on a reservation is about, as I dated a Navajo member for several years and visited "the rez" several times. I do think we need more community self reliance, in addition our demands should have been more strategic, also I think our integration could have been implemented better. But I still stand behind my original thought that our integration into the majority white United States was necessary and just.
