@@Novemberrrrr yes she did I remember when she bought it she showed it to her sister who happened to live in miami she did incredible job well done garcelle good job well deserve she is a hard working single mom now own two houses in california her current house was built also locate in same town with the kardarshain and denzel washington and more when she started on bervely hills housewives she was in bervely hills she said it's time to move on after her divorce she sold the house bought a land built a brand new house I believe when she was on the rental house waiting for her house to be finish good job my hard working Haitian Queen.

Anyone else waited for the ocean view? I remember when she first showed the property with the old structure before she tore it down and she walked right out the back door and onto the beach so we know its close and has killer views! Good for garcelle she definitely raised the property value in the neighborhood! The other homes look much older

That was a quick built! The last time i heard her talking about itbin detail was when she said its been demolished to make way for the new built! Looks very nice. I love that wall in the master bedroom by the fireplace.

@@gcchair7634 No it's not three over a year she said it was moving very slow because she was waiting for the approval from the state of california she told Andy cohen at the reunion she said it was alot because she was going to demolish the whole house knock it down she bought to rebuilt all over she knock it down.

I live two miles from her gorgeous house. She did a great job, I can tell she’s proud of it. And I want to applaud her for buying and building a house on silverstrand. Our beaches in Oxnard are the best.
