Looking back on one's life, even the bad times are perceived as good times because of the value they add to the total package of the experience. Despite all of the negative, they're where they're at today and Troy truly shows clearly how happy he is for Jimmie.

As a non Cowboys fan I will say this with my chest. This was WAY WAY overdue. Back in the 90’s the Cowboys looked unbeatable every year and a large part of that was JJ. He is an amazing coach, analyst, and person.

This makes me cry every time I watch it. I love Jimmy Johnson. A great man, honorable, true, and a great coach for MY Dallas Cowboys. I understand why he left. He will always be one of the greatest....I have loved my COWBOYS since I was 2.... That is 49 yrs of struggle, frustration, heartache, joy, anxiety, and everything involved with the love of Pro football. BUt, this man, when he speaks, makes me listen. When you get that age it gives life a different perspective. A perspective young ppl just can't fully understand yet. It's a perspective of realizing life doesn't last forever, and really taking in and appreciating a mans legacy for what he accomplished. Seeing Troy in that moment was a glimpse into that perspective.
