What an honest and heartfelt speech. When he looked in the camera and tore into the team last year at halftime on the CBS halftime show, during another pathetic playoff loss, you knew this man's passion for football and this team. It got those watching fired up 30+ years later. I truly wished, as most of us, we coulda had him for as long as possible...it coulda been, woulda been an even greater era! I'm a Huge Steelers Fan and Love the Cowboys as a Rivalry due to their Meetings in the Super Bowl! I must Tip my Cap even though this was an Uphill Battle to Transition from Tom Landry's Regime which had Run its Course to Jimmy Johnson and Jerry Jones Slowly Rebuilding this Team from Scratch and Adding the Cornerstone Pieces; Michael Irvin (which btw a Landry Draft Piece), Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and the Trade for Charles Haley who Elevated that Defense to another Level, and of course Deion Sanders as an Honorable Mention even though Jimmy and Jerry had Parted ways by that Point! Happy to see them Bury the Hatchet Over the Years and to Finally see Make it Right not just for Cowboys Fans and Business, but their Friendship as well! It's a Shame Michael Jordan, Jerry Krause, and Phil Jackson couldn't have done something Similar to Squash all the Turmoil and Jealousy of who Deserved the Most Credit! I Appreciate this as an NFL Fan Watching this Moment Finally Happen!
