Accountability is huge with a leader. I’ve yet to see Sean Peyton hold himself accountable. He takes all the credit when things go right and it’s never his fault when things go south. He is not “fixing” anything in Denver. He is a main problem. He hasn’t garnered the respect of the team.

Are you watching Seahawks games or just listening to the pundits, or just taking swipes at the low hanging fruit? Geno Smith has just a 2% better completion percentage but less total yards, only half as many TDs, the same amount of INTs, and a lower QB Rating and that's with significantly better receivers in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. The Seahawks have a better record but not a better quarterback. It's a better overall team.

We'll look at the Seattle Seahawks when Russ was there. They were a pretty damn good team. They were just missing a couple of guys that can pass rush and block for their quarterback. That was the main problem for years with Seattle when Russ was there. When he leaves they get a whole bunch of guys to fill spots, especially along that offensive line. If Russ would have stayed and they would have had those pigs, you can't tell me with a straight face giving what we've seen from Russ that he couldn't produce what Gino Smith has produced so far

Sean Payton rode Drew Brees coattails in NOLA in a pillow fight division. As soon as Brees left he couldn't win. Its not Russell Wilson fault this has been a organizational failure on a unknown level for the Denver Broncos The defense has literally been the worst in the league all year. Sean, Payton came in talked all that s*** about the former coach Nathaniel Hackett and he took a couple of shots at Russell Wilson trying to assassinate his character in the media and now look at the Broncos now. I think Sean Payton deserves some of this blame along with the general manager for constructing this team. I don't think Sean Payton is the answer nor Russell Wilson is going to be the answer. Check his numbers, check his wins and stats.
