Unfortunately I don't have experience with zero point calibration. I didn't see a specific area in the maintenance section for it.

Can you transfer files from it to a computer thru USB? I purchased one and have some screenshots I want to save but can't figure out how...

I couldn't figure out how to copy with USB so I ended up just emailing them. You can set up your own email on it but I just had them send it through their centralized server. It arrived as a PDF.

Unfortunately the boroscope I used is no longer available but you can search for "USB endoscope" on Amazon. Look for one with USB-A. They are essentially a webcam to whatever device you plug them into so you can use them with the scan tool or a computer.
