Love the little table but, I think I would attach it to the wall. If someone bumps into the table as light weight as it is everything on top will go flying. I really like the black pots because they match the lights. The house numbers look good too.

What do you mean your not a furniture builder? That entry table is BEAUTIFUL! I absolutely love it!! Your entry way is so welcoming! I couldn’t help but think of my sweet daddy when you were talking about that red door. When I was 9 years old (I’m 65 now) we moved into our brand new house. My dad said he wanted a white house with a black roof, black shutters and a red door. That’s what we got. When he was telling people where we lived. He’d say it’s the white house with the red door! You can’t miss it!

red doors are still very popular, there are quite a few just on my street but it was way too much with the red brick and red is my least favorite color except at christmas. your dad must have been ahead of his time, that is a very good color combo

Murder columns? How incredibly funny! You certainly made them look so much better and made the outside entry so appealing. I would leave the black pots black because of the lights that you painted black. They really seem like they just belong there as black accessories. The inside entry, my god Julie, is fantastic! That table gives me the hope of doing something like that. And of course, it is styled so perfectly. I don't care which room or area you do next. I just want to be sure to see it.

Great job, Julie on all the projects. Let’s go for a bedroom next for a redo. Also, the murder column situation. I cannot think of any plant that would survive living in those spaces. However, if you put a top on the filler you build, you could place some urns on top. They make very nice ones that are not heavy. You could fill them with faux topiary’s, pumpkins in the fall, greenery and birch limbs for the Holidays, flags for the 4th of July. You get the point. Would be a great way to add decor for the season. The table looks great and I have picks up so many bottle brush trees they are going to take over the house!!!!😆

I agree with using urns or crocks with faux plants etc after putting tops on those plant stands. Then real flowers etc for spring and summer! And also use holiday decor!

Love that little table, another great idea is to use a pair of Corbels under a shelf and have it serve as a table in a narrow space, you can go with ornate or rustic to coordinate with your style. Love the numbers on the door, the gold is subtle and perfect. I lmao at the murder columns, you handled the space well and it will look great with a plant there. You could also put a board across the top and treat it like a shelf and put little Christmas trees there for the season. I say work on the living room next to have it ready to decorate for Christmas. Murder columns and Fraggle trees 😂! I love what you have done! I would suggest doing your house number black to match the lights and planters. Also, possibly continue your wood panels on the murder columns all the way up. They would look more like just a wood accent and you wouldn't have to deal with plants. Just suggestions 😊 I love your style!!

Girl you are rockin your remodels. Your front entry way looks amazing. I'm glad you left the hardware alone that's on the front door. As for the house numbers, I like them in the gold tone, but I would chose a different font. You have really jazzed up your entry way, and I feel the numbers are too bland. Now for the foyer, I am so loving it. The vertical boards changed the whole look. I agree with you on the rug by the front door. And you and your professional table are, well nothing short of darling. Your home is becoming so designer. Actually it's better than designer, cause it has your heart, and soul in it. I love how the entry way turned out, Julie. I love the boards on the bottom, love the table.....fantastic job, love the print above the table, love the decor on the table, and loved that you already decorated it for Christmas. As to the outside...... Leave the pots black. It brings out the newly painted lights. You crack me up calling them murder walls. Good save on them. I think the babies room would be great next. Can't wait to see what you do with it after seeing her last room.

I love what you did with your hallway and the table you made was PERFECT! The outside is also so beautiful, I agree with cutting the trees down, it really made a difference and I LOVE the description of murder hallways! Lol. After you hid inside one it was just creepy that someone could hide there. Loved what you did with them and can't wait to see the plants you add. You are talking heat where you live, I'm from WI and we could have snow on Sun! We had flurries today but they melted right away thankfully! Your house is looking great Julie.

You did an amazing job. What a difference on the exterior of your home. I would leave the planters black ad it adds a bit of drama with a darker color. You nailed it with the color of your door... lighter and brighter makes it inviting. Your foyer hallway is perfect. Love the wall treatment. It distracts your eye from how narrow the space is. Your table and that beautiful picture are just the perfect and necessary accessories. Keep it up!

Ok- first- loved that red door!!! But the white looks great now too! I would suggest black door numbers with black handle and hardware now that you painted the outside lights. Did you seal the black chalk paint on the lights? I may do that as well. Keep flower pots as is. Wreath hanging on the front of murder areas for now? Love everything you did but mostly love your attitude and how go with the flow you are!!! As ALWAYS- it all looks great Julie!!❤️
