The monster is actually Miss Thavel. Because if you look closely, you can barely make out her head, and her hands are claws, which is what Miss Thavel had in the og FPE, so yeah. Also, pretty sure the person hiding from her is probably Petunia, but that's just a guess for me. EDIT: So it turns it that it's miss blommie

I said that in a theory once in a analysis based on when she turned around and saw her face hairs and all I knew it was hair based on her hair and when in the original animation by Katie Ms Thavel was out for murder when students failed her tests, assignments and when she’s infected that makes her more aggressive and bloodthirsty to kill and infect and how eager she was when she forced her hand on the door entrance and roared and whoever was recording which makes me think it’s her and I know it is just haven’t seen more facial and aggressive behavior and how really aggressive she getting and how bloodthirsty she wants to kill and infect others.
