Very important life changing video to be found on youtube. For me who is discovering Buddhism this is a very vital source. Do like this man, he is truly calm. His sayings on Buddhas experience really makes sense. Thank you for sharing this, hope to see more videos in future. Andris

I love the buddhist teachings - esp to live a fulfilled live with love, compassion and care for others… but as buddha teached we shouldn’t believe just by listening we should proof for ourselves… And I question always from where they know about ongoing life… some teachers say - for me more real - that we actually have no proof what will happen after death… so for me this is still a question but I think whatever will happen I will try everyday my very best to be a gift for others ❤️🙏🏻

He is currently teaching at Buddha House, Adelaide. Pretty sure you can join in his teachings via video conference. Totally recommend - he is an awesome teacher with incredible depth of knowledge & experience, imo.

If you could keep happiness just what would that be? Even, sufferers feel a degree of happiness. Remove karma, delusion ,samsara and you wouldn't worry about them

Those are temporary pleasures. Happiness comes by achieving internal harmony and fulfilling deeper subconscious needs. Our brains greatly reward selflessness because we're social animals and it's really important for our survival. So by living purely egocentric lives people are not fulfilling that deeper need to be in the service of others, to feel useful and they are eventually left feeling like something's missing. Everything he said is right.
