I have the T Motor 2004's and they have the exact same issue. I actually found this video by googling the issue. I wound up super gluing the bells on, but even then, I get a lot of vibration from the dumb things. 2004 motors are just not reliable! I'll have to try the 2203.5s.

Hello Datfpv, i got one question for you. I'm à pilot from France 🇫🇷 and. I love your builds with your 3inch and 4.. I have décided to follow the same philosophy. i built a similar one with à micro apex 4 frame. I got F2203.5 2850kv with speedybee f7 mini. I cannot fly it in 6s without puting à motor output limit at 60%... If not i got a death roll all time.. Any idea ?

Does that motors have e clips? E clips are what holds it together

Heard about the same problem with Diatone Toka 2004 and T-motor 2004. My t-motor 2004 aren't having this issue (for now). Next I'll try the emax ecos 2004.

same issue with 1 of my t motor 2004... how much extra weight did it add going to 2203.5 ? also see your using an xt60 , what lipos do you use for a 4inch that have an xt60 all small lish 850 4s type have xt30 that i have come across.

dont know about the weight but she still fly's great - apart from I'm still loosing bells... I do fly quite hard / or should I say bad at times though! I use 850 4s, these are racing line batteries, and do come with xt60, prefer it then I can use for goggles etc as well, no adaptors ...

What sort of effect did switching to the 2203.5s have on your flight times? Are you using 850mah 4S, or something different? Cheers!

I hate the 2004, the bells break off and usually the m2 screws rip off at the crashes ruining the threads. With 1408 I get almost 1min30s more flight time, too.
