Jeff, you need *some* practice! ... ;D I love Cappercino, I joined in watching Flite Test shortly after the Hobbyking deal and I watched all these episodes up and down. Same with Rotor Riot but this time I was there from the beginning and enjoyed every second so much.^^ Plus I always valued his opinion with the "RR Community Spotlight" very much. I enjoy the other hosts doing it, too but Chad just always has a vision and every little insight into that is thrilling to watch/ listen to. ,) Biiiiiiiiiiiiig thanks, guys!!!

I couldn't dive until I could confidently take a look downward,, which happened on taller objects like saplings, and I didn't go then through anything, I just gradually started to learn just where I WAS going , and that eventually led to feeling like i could actually have enough control to go THROUGH something,,, and my FIRST real "dive gate" was a basketball hoop stand, which was a metal square roughly the size of your gate,,,,,, and I REALLY wanted the object to be taller,,, and YOUR gate is like, head high, not twice that, so i think one key is having plenty of time before and after the "stress-point". Fair,,, it's VERY HARD to find the right "gate" for it, and then even harder to make one generally accessible.

I honestly have never tried to gate hop but i feeel like chad has more experience than me flying . . that being said . there are alot of things at play here. Camera angle . . . throttle curves . . really changes how your quad reacts . and your throttle mid plays a large part in it and its all about getting it consistent with all your stuff . . still trying to figure it out myself but i have gotten better over the past couple years .. . should you set the throttle stuff on your transmitter so its the same across the board ??? Thats kinda what im thinking is right . . idk . drib let me know !

What I want to see next: Let the guys put together quads with the *very* cheapest stuff from Banggood (including goggles, radio and everything), let them fly it and then make 'em fly it well. (It's a very personal thing... ,)

kapper should put himself out a bit more in these videos. it seems like a bunch of contest was missed. i think the video could be longer. make him try it until he gets it. seems like he copped out and just wants to barely hit the gate to call it a success. show more fails and more success. if the premise is coaching chad, you must stick it out a bit longer until he really gets a few. dont be shy Kapper..Fail forward is a good motto here.

Very cool post!!! I still need to learn acro LOL!!!! But my life mission is to race fpv drones one day!!!!!!! Just looks like so much fun!!! Do you think good box goggles would help me learn acro?? I have a pair of DomV3 with diversity but im still not 100% comfortable flying with them on!!! Maybe its just because i have not had a lot of time to fly?? I just keep thinking that good box goggles would help?? But the DomV3 work good! I just want a larger field of view i think?? Man i love flying f.p.v. drones!!!!!! Great Flying & Great Channel! 👍😀👍
