FPV-POWER Kayak Battery setup

Just a quick run through on how I've setup my Kayak for fishing out in the bay using our 7Ah battery pack. More info can be found at www.fpv-power.com.au/kayakbatteries

Where did you get that metal bracket for the transducer?

Going to get one of these to power my hook2 sounder. Can I also use this to simultaneously power a go pro with usb connection and may be a rear light? is there a video showing how to do this?

Yes you can get a double USB port lead as well as a double pigtail which will split the power to two accessories. You can use more than one double pigtail for example you can join two of them together which will give you a total of three ports. Hope that makes sense? If not let me know!

Can they be charged via solar.

Lance Robinson yes they can, but they will need a suitable lithium charge controller. We can supply such charge controller. We have two battery size 7ah and 17.5ah the smaller 7ah can handle 3amp Max charge current where as the 17.5ah can handle 8 amps. So with that u need to make sure you are not using too much charging current. We also sell 12v powered chargers for those going bush.... Where you don't have 240/110v Are u based in Australia?
