I have footage for one more freestyle part in 2.7K and a lot of 360 freestyle that looks at least interesting 😅

FOV looks wider than original Gopro lens, is it ? Like the slow motion in some parts, also music is great!

Thanks buddy, in the first part it is Superview 2.7K and unitizing that extra FOV was my goal - i was interested especially to get the vertical FOV ...since the 2.7K SV picture is basically the entire sensor data squeezed into 16:9 , i managed to make a GYROflow lens preset that gets 90% of the picture undistorted - the picture sill has a stretched halo like ring around the edges. Most of the halo area is compensated by adding distortion, adding black borders and zooming in 1% - also dynamic zoom in gyroflow is helping a lot here . For the 2nd part, i used the gyroflow output as it is - unlike RSgo i get no black borders @ 4K 60 16:9...at the end i added distortion and squeezed the picture vertically together to increase the black borders...that looks more like the typical picture you get from RSgo if you record in 4K 16:9.

@@nicecrash i think your ideas are better than rsgo outputs, i have to add distortion back to rsgo with landscape yaw moves or its just super distracting. really wish i could get started on gyro flow but my computer cries when i even play 4k stuff. need to update to windows 10 and a bunch of other things. have you done any experiments with hero 7? i have the 6 and 7.

As far as I know, RSgo tries to deliver the best option for professional use and cropping in the 4K footage or adjusting the distortion is part of most workflows i guess. The hero7 still has this sensitive gyro problem, at the moment I work on a naked hero7 that gets a different lens ( computer 5mm 1/3" c-mount ) , hope to finish soon and play with the footage in gyroflow 😜🤞
