Thank you ❣️ there's a solution for the hero 7 to improve the results but it's heavy - you can find the 3d models on all.fpv.lol if you want. The core functionality is based on 7mm silicone or rubber tubing that basically eats up the noise. These days, i would recommend using a ESPlog ...it's a project from gyroflow devs and documented on the gyroflow GitHub repo. It's budget friendly and you can use wifi to trigger the GoPro from the ESPlog.

@@nicecrash Thank you so much! good news! i think my hero 7 works just fine hard mounted in the bumblebee, i think it's because the motors are smaller than other drones, because i tried reelsteady the other day and have absolutely zero vibrations, with the nazgul it's a problem.

The gyroflow implementation is ready and we just have to wait - we expect to get the update for Action 2, Action 3 with the new Airunit release and the announcement for 10bit on the action 3. The devices have a lot in common and it makes sense from a development perspective to do it that way.

So far it's like the avata...lens profile and sync are baked into the video file...maybe we can also get rocksteady enabled files for gyroflow in the future - DJI is interested to implement it but that will need time.

Yes, i know - they messed up everything in 21 and i can edit the page much...on all.fpv.lol you can find the files, i will add some more Base plates soon since people start to use it for session 5 now 😅✌️

I can share the FreeCAD project but this i one of those projects that ended up segmented im various stated of construction - and i will change a lot of things for V2 to make things easier .

Yes, it's just amazing how good Gyroflow is now - glad you like the music, i like to watch the summer edits during the dark and cold winter time...uplifting beats are helping to set the right mood .

Insta go2 should work well - runcam is working on a fix and Elvin also tries to fix the issue on the gyroflow side to compensate the runcam bugs.

Finde auch, irgendwie hat es was und wenn man möchte, kann man ja auch die Stabilisierung mit der neuen Keyframe Funktion dynamisch regeln - also Teile unstabilisiert lassen oder noch Horizon-Lock dazu nutzen.

Genau, die M5 Dinger haben nur alle eine RGB-LED und einen Taster +5v und ordentlich funktionierende Antenne dabei + Doku ist top. Der Gyro ist exterm - die ESP32 Platform hat generell keine integriert. Du kannst also jeden ESP32 nutzen der 4MB Speicher hat - als C3 ( riscV) sind die derzeit von M5 und AI-maker verfügbar . Dazu brauchst du dann noch eine MPU 6050 oder BMI160 mit breakout board, später kommen noch weitere IMUs dazu.

Hi✌️, you can basically use any ESP32 or ESP32-C3 that comes with 4MB flash memory onboard. I like the AI tinker ESP32-C3-12F / ESP32-C3-FN4 module on 3.3V or the ESP32-C3-01M ...the M5 version already has a 5V regulator and a button integrated. docs.ai-thinker.com/en/esp32c3

You can use the FC if it does Blackbox recording, you can just use Betaflight 4.3 and disable Blackbox recording for everything but gyro and acc to get more flight on a 16mb Blackbox.

It's just one of the best IMUs for this use case you can actually order and use for production, the Flowshutter setup can use any Betaflight compatible FC with Blackbox functionality.

I'm kind of bored watching GoPro footage all the time to be honest 😅 ...not that GoPro is bad but i the sub 100g Acrion2 is perfect for FPV freestyle...the downside is limited battery and storage so you basically need 2 cams in rotation for a nice FPV session. I was on Hero6 and Session5 beforeand was waiting for a form factor like the Acrion2 and i see a future for it using gyroflow .

Hi, i had plans to source parts for a DIY kit but it's not easy to do that at the moment..Right now i redesiged the camera to fix some issues and the gimbal setup needs to change as well. Sorry for the late response...I still test the different options and how it changes with firmware, so far i like to run 4K 30 Ultrawide, 1/60 ND8 ISO 200.

Yes, it's possible to use LANC power and the Signal to trigger the logger. I decided to not include this functionality in this project to keep it simple and easy...also it's designed to minimize delay/lag for the Sorry for the late answer. Keep an eye open for the flowshutter, that will solve a lot of issues for many users...will take some time but it's on the way...you can join the gyroflow discord to stay up to date and i will make a video when it's about to get available.... if you are interested , and discord invite link can be found on gyroflow.xyz

Sorry for the late response, i'm currently working on that topic and do tests with vibration dampening for the FC/logger...the typical m3 rubber standoffs that get used for stack mounting seem to work fine for MPU6000 series IMUs. some of the ICM gyros tend to like even softer mounting...there are 3x8mm Rubber standoffs available in different shore hardness .

Okey i think i got it, i wasnt letting the gyro to calibrate by moving the FC while pluging it (i have the log mode to ALWAYS)

Gopro 7 black ist irgendwie bisschen komisch ☹ vielleicht kann man ja über die Blackbox daten besser stabilisieren muss man mal schauen.

@@nightrider8496 Ich bin froh, das wir so eine eifrige DIY/FPV/Video Community im Rücken haben die ALLES mögliche für uns testen und feedback geben 😉. Hero7 und Session5 werden immer Glückssache bleiben - mein Ziel ist zumindest einen guten, kleinen Logger zu haben den man an eine Naked Hero7 packen kann - bisher nutze ich eine Flowbox - die ist aber vorerst nicht zu kaufen und wird gerade auf 512BM blackbox Speicher und besser verfügbare Komponenten um gebaut. Ein guter FC ist aber z.b. Mateksys F405 mini mit 32mb Flash in 20x20 . Der Flowshutter wird demnächst auf dem Markt auftauchen - quasi ein AIO remote Shutter device das vorerst Sony multiport Cams und einen FC-logger synchron aufnehmen lässt, also eher etwas für große Cams... Der Wit-motion 901SD Logger mit SDcard wird evtl: noch interessant. Ich bin im Gespräch mit denen und es scheint als hätten die Lust ihre Firmware für Gyroflow zu optimieren - bisher leifern diese Logger leider nur 200Hz sampling ..sind aber recht günstig und verbreitet/verfügbar 🤞. Einige Leute arbeiten auch an logging Firmware für Betaflight FCs - vielleicht auch interessant wenn das gut klappt - dann würden wir mit 16mb flash speicher viel weiter kommen...bleibt interessant !

Yes, when it's firmware is "final", that should be possible - even as naked cam integrated into a mount for a bidder cam...hope they make a "optimized for logging" firmware or preset/profile.

Nice! One thing I would like to have on a logger is an integrated liion charger via the main usbc port and a stepup converter from 1s to 5v, so that if someone wants to make a logger with an integrated battery there is no need for additional hardware! :)
