That was a big mistake. That fight was Battlecruisers + Goliaths (Flash) vs Battlecruisers alone (Last). That was a suicide by Last.

Man, Flash /really/ didn't want Last to get that natural lmao I'll never get over the fact that you just float your Barracks to your opponent's half of the map because it's in your best interest not to build antiair early on I'm just imagining like a war's happening and both sides are just flying over the opponent's base and all the marines sleeping in the Barracks are like "oh shit that's a lot of tanks down there"

Rafael De Leon there are two reasons for this: 1 being that pro players would find ghosts quickly so nukes will never go off. 2 being that it is highly disrespectful in a pro game to try to nuke your opponent. You're insinuating that they don't know how to use observer units or scans.

Easily countered by medic's "restoration" ability. lock down costs 100 points of energy, restoration - only 50. Not to mention, that to get ghosts, you need another science facility with covert ops add on, while for the restoration, you just need to do the research from the academy, which you already made in order to build "comsat" add on. You have a point though, cause if you manage to EMP the medics, you will be free to lock down your opponent - it just seems a bit too complicated. Billy might be right, that it is not cost efficient strategy! :-)

@@nikolalesov8359 if you clone lockdown, the time it takes to restorate all the BCs is more than enough to win a 1:1 fight. AND you can just EMP first.

S.A. B I'm not a Starcraft pro but I'm guessing it's a strategy. He was at 200/200 units so he figured he would kill some of his workers to pump out more cruisers. Pretty smart actually.
