FR 56(j) ||Can the Government servant remove from the office before age 60? || Compulsory Retirement

I am being getting reiired under 56 j. Monopoly kind of thing,it is, in some case's. I am too getting affected by this Scheme. But fortunately,I am finding it good for me. Relief for me. Otherwise I have to work and continue with a dirty atmosphere of the offices these days. I will enjoy this early retirement period,while I have money and energy to Travel and spend quality time with lost friends and relatives. A kind of Relaxation prriod. Home away from home. Literally fed-up of this office going schedule. It was making me sick . Travel when there is Time'and money. Alone You came,Alone you Go. Time for enjoying as per your wishes and small dreams.

Pl tell me if the ministery didn't declared the name& designation of appropriate Authority.Despite of this whether Under secretary of the ministry can sign the order of 56j. 3.if report of internal committe& review committe is not provided to the concerned employee of Group-A service.in such case why the action to remove the Minister is not been taken by the Govt. 2 If review committee didn't examined the entire service records
