Might it be accurate to say "We cannot do it by our strength." With me, it is lust. The big hurdle was won by surrendering to God, inviting the Holy Spirit. Today, the only thing I can contribute is no / zero looking. I cannot look at something to check if it is something I should not look at. I used to also have a high level of rage in me. The most memorable word I heard in a prayer meeting was "Abide in Me." I hope this helps.

Read the bible, meditate in Gods word, workship him, surrender to him, let the lord know what is in your heart, your suffering. Most people suffer with anger. I do. Doing all of these things daily have make me be closer to God and the holy spirit has help me to stay focus and on the path of the Lord. Just commit to a change together with the Lord and you will see the changes in you.

Father Mike, I prayed to God to send me some help (I’ve been going through a rough time) and this video popped up. I had already listened to it 2 years ago; what you say just hits so hard. As a woman, finding a strong faithful Catholic man is what I pray for; everything as you described. This is exactly what men (and women) NEED to hear at this time. I pray for you and priests everyday, and I especially pray that you are able to deliver this message to men everywhere.

@46:29...I am so triggered...I was on the roof of a building once , pregnant and sitting there with my cell phone and my phone had no apps open...but somehow caught the Quebec "crazy train" that went off the rails and blew up and I heard people screaming and dying...I was in shock and confused what was happening and ...months later it was still on my mind and I was searching internet for more information about it...(I'm not saying I'm beautiful or anything quite the opposite) .. but this part really triggers me and CPTSD issues. ...

The moment of choice mickey, when you were supposed to call the cops when one of those fellow priests of yours was abusing one of our boys. Duluth is infested with that, i am sure mickey chose not to do his duties and let the priest has his way with our boy.

@48:57 ....You are leaving out the part where they don't want to go back because of forced marriages to relatives and/or lack of attraction to their wives ....or unhealthy relationships and avoiding all confrontation from small things to big important conversations ...unfortunately which leads to divorces...*some cases worse fates * :(
