The lady said yes it can be cleaned but you must inform them beforehand. It is common decency atvleast to inform them prior, you cannot just wake up that morning and decide to go there have respect and inform them beforehand

😂😅😂 I apologize for my people. All this indiscipline, chaos, dirt and I don't care'rsm has been ingrained in Ghanaian society for so long. Citizens need to be educated and some cases relocated with some sort of compensation. The authorities must ensure proper urban planning that fits into the 21st century. We have a long way to go!
