Something fell off one of the shelves and now the cabinet will not fully close. Is there a release mechanism to remove the cabinet? Or how would you go about removing the cabinet from the track? Any assistance would be appreciated - thank you!

Are there any specifications for building the actual cabinet unit that rides on the hardware

Hi, we only recommend a maximum width of 23.62in (600mm) and a maximum height 98.43in (2500mm) and that the load should be evenly distributed. Other than that this slide has a wide variety of utilization. So it really depends on what you tend to accomplish.

The soft close mechanism (I was sent from distributor) on the top slide/bracket assembly is different from what is shown on this video. What I received from supplier has a metal bracket that was supposed to mount on the rear of the slide and a magnetic mechanism that snaps into the upper track. (Will not work with the unit shown on this video.) What is the Fulterer model number of the soft close mechanism shown in this video? I need one! Where can I get one?
