No one explains the logic and moving parts behind these zones rather just say the formulae for drawing SnD zones which doesnt help much when you wanna READ the market. Supply zone ~23 mins. I would draw the bottom line at the closing of the red hammer since due to its long top wick it indicates sellers are in control. Also the bottom wick is extremely small.

Decent presentation...On the example of the failed supply zone, it was not a fresh zone, the supply had already been absorbed on the first retest. Also, the market had begun to develop a bullish momentum profile as it approached the highs for your short. Instead, there was a valid long entry as the market had created a higher low and a fresh demand zone which resulted in your short failure.

Thanks for the video. I have a good understanding of how to draw out Support and Resistance levels, swing highs and lows on multiple time frame and trade from them, or at least i thought I did,. This video has given me the "why" they are levels and the relationship between everything. Like almost a little piece of the puzzle has fallen into place. I play chess to a high standard, both nationally and internationally, and when i began learning chess, it was very easy to remember patterns and exploit them, the point that changed my chess was the why these patterns work. Added an extra "ooomf" to my logical thought processes. If i know why they work, I also know why they wont work. I feel to some degree that chess and trading are somewhat related. A certain piece, or in trading terms, a level or candlestick pattern, being in the wrong place due to a lack of understanding of the "whys" can alter the outcome of the result drastically. Trading has its differences to chess in that subjectivity plays a factor, where as chess is more objective (the move either works or doesnt, no in between) but if you can squeeze an extra 5 or 10% accuracy factor out of your trades, youre definitely onto a good thing.
