This was perfect. I've been trading for three years. 00:00 📊 The video provides an overview of ICT trading concepts, focusing on swing points, liquidity, and their role in trading. 02:05 📈 Swing points, including swing highs and swing lows, play a crucial role in identifying buy-side and sell-side liquidity levels. 05:44 🏁 Understanding discount and premium zones within a price range can help traders identify optimal trade entries for long and short positions. 07:35 🔄 The concept of optimal trade entry (OT) involves using Fibonacci retracement zones to enter trades within the discount zone for long positions and premium zone for short positions. 10:25 💡 The video introduces the idea of fair value gaps, which are three-candle patterns with gaps between the first and third candle shadows, offering support and resistance levels. 23:21 📈 When the price breaks and closes above the previous day's high, it generates a bullish bias for the next day. 23:48 📉 If the price breaks and closes below the previous day's low, it results in a bearish bias for the next day. 25:55 📈 Breaking the previous day's low and failing to close below it generates a bullish bias for the next day. 26:23 📉 If the price reaches the previous day's low and closes below it, it creates a new bearish bias for the next day. 29:51 📊 These concepts can also be applied to intraday charts, allowing you to frame trades in lower time frames.

Don, for the MMxM, you can draw your fork from the original consolidation. Often this is the CBDR or Asian Range for the daily. Then, set your fork up with warning lines. 10-20 will do. Watch as price passes through them. You will have instantly predicted all of the FVGs and IOFED entries that ICT would use during those trades. Also, if you watch for ICTs macros at the top of each hour, you will be able to identify the best pendulum forks to catch the reversals. Try it and let me know how you get on.
