Use this formula. eps=yo*delta yo= Feed of Limited reactant delta= (product coefficients sum - reaction coefficients sum)/Limited reactant coefficient For 2A -> 3B Assuming feed is pure A yo=1 Delta=(3-2)/2=0.5 So eps=1*0.5=0.5 For A+B -> 2C Feed 50/50 A and B and eps in terms of A yo=0.5 Delta=(2-1-1)/1=0 eps=0.5*0=0 For 2A+3B -> 4C Feed 50/50 A and B and eps in terms of A yo=0.5 Delta=(4-2-3)/2=-0.5 eps=0.5*(-0.5)=-0.25 Hope this helps
