The comment about sewing on the inside of the sweatshirt answered my question of a need for a lining...very nice. I'm going to try this. You took some of the fear out of the project...

I learned a lot, notably stitching on the fuzzy side. Only, I wish she demonstrated one of the closures. Cutting up the center will leave raw edges. While she bound the raw edges, she didn't demonstrate or mention binding. Can a zipper be added? Thank you for taking time, energy and patience to make this video.

That's why the nudge to buy the pattern. However, the desig er has now retired and the pattern is no longer available, unfortunately
