3:28 Olivier Polge did say it was really based on the car. The idea that every weight you remove gives more power to a car and so he tried to use the same idea of removing the heavier elements from Allure Homme Sport to make it lighter but more vibrant. Exchanging the depth of the powdery notes and the heavier amber note with the sandalwood to add in patchouli and white musk notes in the background while extending and concentrating the fresh citrus and mandarin notes.

For me the best 2024 release is easily Amouage Outlands. I am just loving that one. A close joint 2nd place goes to Guerlain's Habit Rouge, Vetiver & Ideal Parfum editions.

Black Lacquer was my favorite release this year- not because it was the best one but because it signals a return to the edgy Tom Ford frags that I love. I hated it when I sprayed it in the store, but as I kept walking through the mall it just kept getting better and better until I got home and had to have it. I also bought Superleggera, but it's just good, not great to me (Eau Extreme and Blanche EDP are still miles ahead of it, albeit both not as versatile as Superleggera). I'm actually going to keep a bottle sealed in the box as an investment for when it's gone and people inevitably start hyping it. Boss absolu is excellent, although definitely in same realm as Carlisle. Great video, you've gained a new sub! :)

Congratulations to those who have purchased a bottle of Allure Homme Sport Superleggera! This fragrance is truly a gem, offering extremely versatile use and a perfect scent, especially for daytime or hot summer weather. If anyone still has the opportunity to buy it, I highly recommend doing so while you still can because it is worth every penny. Overall, I would give this perfume a rating of 8 out of 10 for the satisfaction it brings me. 2:48

I agree with you that some KZbinrs get deals with brands for them to promote them, which must be absolutely awesome. But simply try before you buy, i know some people put their trust in these people, but we all have different opinions. There is a few websites in the uk where you can by samples. I bought three samples recently, Memories Gold, Triumph Of Bacchus, and Adonis Awakens. Memories Gold by Superz gets a lot of hype, like an awful lot. I personally thought it was pretty naff and super glad I didn't purchase a full bottle. (Morocco from that house is really good) But Triumph Of Bacchus, Oh my days......As soon as it comes in stock, I shall be making a purchase.

Chris hi! i only recently started to get into fragrances and watch your channel and such. Please i have a big big big problem going on right now, and i need an explanation for it because i am in total shock. Just over a month ago I went to my local Sephora, i tried out a bunch of fragrances, and i was absolutely mad hooked on Tom Ford OG ombre leather, absolutely addicted to it, i bought it and started wearing it everyday for work. I was so hooked onto the smell, that even sometimes after i take a shower in the evening, i would spray on each wrist once just to be able to smell it for the rest of the night. This went on for a couple of weeks, everything was just fine, until just about 10 days or so ago, it felt like the performance and projection and even the smell of the fragrance started to become worse and worse, it felt like i was wearing nothing at all. Yesterday morning before going to work i sprayed it and smelled it on my hand, and it just felt like i was smelling something COMPLETELY different, its like i sprayed something else on my hand completely. Naturally my first thought is the fragrance has gone bad, i called the customer service people, she suggested maybe there might be a leak in the bottle that its letting in air or whatever. So i took the bottle and returned it saying something was wrong with it, they generously gave me a full refund on it too. I said im not going to buy another from there though. So i hopped back in my car and went to my local macys, i grabbed 2 of their tester ombre leather bottles, and applied them on my skin, and to my horror, i smelled the exact same thing i did when i wore it that morning. Now im starting to think its my skin, somethings changed. I sprayed the cologne on a tester thing, but i still was smelling the same thing. Im so bothered by it, i cannot for the life of me smell anything close to what i was getting the first 2 weeks of wearing that fragrance, and its driving me up the wall on what the reason for that it. Nothing about my skin care routine has change, did my nose just forget how to work? whats the reason for something like this happening ? :( Sorry for the long post, im just very upset about it

If Guerlain L'homme Ideal Parfum was released this year, that gets my vote above everything else. Just not sure if its a 24 or 23 release.
