Great list man! I own many on this list, and would agree with how awesome they are. Wanted By Night, Spicebomb Extreme, Pure Havane, etc. Nice work man. By the way, I might be the only one that actually likes Night Vision. It’s not nearly a 10 out of 10, but I don’t think it’s as bad as everyone makes it out to be. My wife bought it for me for my bday and I actually find myself wearing it often around the quarantine house. Decent for spring wear. Be well and stay safe! 💪👍

I'm with you Chris. Always bugs me when Tom Ford frags are categorized as niche. Tom Ford is a designer therefore his fragrances are designer fragrances. Expensive doesn't automatically make it niche. Take any of the designer private collections for example.

Great list, Chris! Dior’s Eau Sauvage Parfum and Homme Parfum would definitely be on my list, as would Le Male. For me, I’d add Le Male Eau Fraiche (I have the Superman version), Guerlain Vetiver, Tobacco Vanille as my 10/10s.

Great picks 2 on there are my winter and Autumn must have, spice bomb extreme and Dior Homme Parfum is a god fragrance it's my favourite and my girlfriends favourite. I love the rose note my mum grows tons in her garden and the iris is great obviously as well. I didn't get on with DHI too much vanilla. I will keep an eye on stuff , especially the Allure Homme, I own Bleu EDP newly brought this year but will try the extreme one day I'm sure. Winter wise I have my options sorted spicebomb extreme, Dior homme parfum, will buy some Tom Ford ombre leather and a bottle of Bently intense to complete my Autumn/ winter selection.

Chris, i honestly have a hard time to smell the notes in most of the recent designer releases. I mean, orange blossom and leather in Armani code profumo? Or the notes in Wanted? To me they just smell pleasant or in most cases generic and chemical messes. And the drydowns don't exist. Mainly is the drydown that gives away how bad most of those bestsellers are made. The exceptions on these list are the Dior's and Oud Wood. DHI is more complex than the parfum. The parfum is thicker but definitely not more complex. It hits harder but is more one dimensional. All the best.

From what I have atm I would pick: Dunhill Icon, Hermes TdH and Un Jardin En Mediterranee, Mugler Pure Malt and Pure Havane, Narciso Rodriguez For Him (EDT), Lalique Encre Noire A l'Extreme, Cartier Declaration Parfum, Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cologne and Issey Miyake l'Eau Bleue d'Issey Pour Homme. The last 2 are sadly discontinued, but can still be found @discounters for great prices. Cheers!

Good idea for a tag video. Here's another idea for a tag series you can put in your back pocket for a while: if you could only where one perfume house for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? I'd be interested to hear which fragrances you would wear in the different seasons, etc, and which scents from the house are so indispensable to you that you couldn't live without them.

@@FRAGMENTAL I like the original. I have a couple of the flankers (Aqua and Parfum) and enjoy both for what they are, but the original is just right for my tastes and I wear it year round. The original formulation is of course better due to the petrol accord, but I've heard rumor that beginning in 2018 that might have returned (although I can't confirm).

The whole Tom Ford line is designer, whether it's a £250 fragrance or £4,000 jacket. If a brand sells designer fashion, they're a designer house, regardless of price. Price point doesn't preclude this definition.

Chanel Eu Extreme smells and like jean Paul Gaultier in my opinion. Fresh opening but later it smells really similar to jpg. Not a bad fragrance but I’ve expected more.
