The problem with the mods is a lot of them can break your multiplayer and if you have it on Steam there is a very high chance that you just won't be able to play it modded.

The quick recharge by anakin is something that happens if your skill gets interrupted, the glitch is that it still worked the first time even though it was interrupted, but thats bound to happen

About the anakin thing there is a glitch with Finn (idk if they did it, just being informative) that if Finn dies outside the border while activating Big Deal before death, they will give anyone nearby instead cooldown period. Just letting ya know

in terms of Dooku, try a full duelist build going for either finesse or extra health regen then extra duelist damage and extra expose weakness damage, it makes it a whole lot easier to kill your opponents with that buildout

14:50 the Anakin that pulled twice with no cooldown, it's just a bug that they left when they cut support. As you know his abilities are glitchy as, and this can sometimes allow him to use a pull but the game doesn't register it: more often it doesn't land but it'll give you your pull back immediately. There's no definitive way to actually initiate this to happen, your game just has to bug out at the right time I guess. Lag makes it happen a lot.
