Just got it in the mail two days ago. Out the box, it smells incredibly close to angels share. It's not as dense or rich, but the DNA is there. Honestly, performance is kind of trash out the box. I get less than 3 hours with 8 sprays. I hope performance improves over time.

I have the three first, and tbh, Kismet Angel is very close to Angels' Share, especially if you let it sit for a couple of months (It gets better performance). Khamrah is different than those two! People mistakenly take it as a pair to pair with Angels' Share just because of the bottle, but nope, It's a different fragrance in the style of the Angels' Share

Angels I have angels share and cocktail intense, and I think it’s obvious that angels share is better, but cocktail intense can give you about 75% of the experience for 1/20th the price. If you have lots of money, get both (you can even get a 25% discount on it at Sephora if you get a credit card, pay it off that one time and never use it again). Or, if low on budget, just get cocktail, and you’ll see how close they are. I think the scent itself is about 85% there. The other 10% taken off is that the Angels Share performs slightly better.

I bought this one last month from eBay for around £24 and then find myself spraying it on my pillows just to experience some sweet dreams. That's the only use I find of it. Maybe it is too much for someone like me who just got into the collection. Only the smell of it can give you diabetes.

I blind brought Cocktail intense and it's overwhelmingly sweet for me, definitely not a fan of this DNA. I've tried a layering on iso E super (heavy on the iso E super, maybe 70/30) and it improves marvelously to my taste.

I agree. It disappears so fast it’s crazy. It lasts longer when I spray directly on my clothes though. Projects better too. But it’s certainly weak in performance. I layered with with Khamrah…I was wearing just Khamrah after about an hour lol.

So you mentioned at around 2:55 that for a split second this reminded you of Pure Malt mixed with Angel's Share...That is interesting because I have two Fragrance World's fragrances: Star Men (Pure Malt) and Supreme L'homme Extreme. Supreme L'homme Extreme also had a faint similarity to Star Men...I wonder if its a coincidence that Coctail Extreme has that similarity or is FW infusing a Star Men/Pure Malt "dna" into their fragrances...

I think it is because of the raw materials they use, I don't think it is intentional. Pure coincidence, the composition of those fragrances I would say the "Quality" makes it smell like the Mugler DNA

As with so many clones, I'm put off pulling the trigger because of the mixed reviews. Some say it's great and lasts many hours, and others say they're getting about an hour from it. I'm not sure about the advice saying leave it for a few weeks or months to macerate. I mean, why don't they make it ready to wear by macerating it in-house, if that really is the case?

It's because the manufacturing is about production and shipping it as soon as its done to keep up with demand. It's unfortunately one of the things you gotta deal with when getting such a cheap alternative. The manufacturer doesn't have the luxury of over producing a product then paying for a place to let it sit and macerate for a month. Products at this level of discount they make em and ship em asap
