Santalamore it's a very nice and unique name. Carina it's an interesting one as in Italian is an adjective for females which means cute.

Love the sound of Santalamore. I’m a bit afraid of woody ambers, especially Amber max, Amber extreme etc but Carina sounds interesting regardless

Well I think I might be the world's greatest hater of woody ambers or "super ambers". There is nothing super or amber about them. Just a nasty salty chemical waste odor. If there was a petition to have them banned in perfumery I would sign it. IFRA has banned so many amazing aroma chemicals, let's hope they ban these as well and give them the freaking Noble Peace Prize.

Colonia lasts like 30 minutes on my skin in tropical heat. Essenza is more robust but you need tp spray it on fabric and hair. I love these types of fragrances as well. Looking forward to trying it! Love real high grade ambergris. It's VERY rare in perfumery as you know these days due to price.

It's not just expensive, it's hard to get too!! I was on a waiting list for about a year before I was able to get my last piece.
