Hope you don't weld with your dog anywhere near, arc eye is very painful , and you can't tell a dog to look away ,

Is the vinegar treatment is to oxidize the remaining rust? Where did you find "industrial strength" vinegar? Your videos are really well done.

I use vinegar on light surface rust and muriatic acid on heavy pitted rust. Both are available at my local hardware. The only vinegar I can get here is 10% but it is available much stronger.
