Do yourself a favor and get that header ceramic coated inside and out. Theoretically, it keeps the metal from fatiguing and cracking as they always do. Practically, it keeps heat out of the engine compartment, it looks amazing and mud doesn’t cling to it like surface rust on bare steel. I have a Banks header that was coated by JET Hot about three years ago and definitely noticed a difference in power and reduced under-hood temps. The Blackheart series, if I’m not mistaken, isn’t 304 stainless, so it will develop surface rust. Love the channel and look forward to every episode!

Had Daystar 1" poly mounts on my old YJ. Slightly more vibes, but felt more... "Solid??", if that makes sense. Haven't put them on the TJ yet.

Thought about it but don’t have time to do that. The Eastwood paint and other products similar to it have worked great for us. And it can always be torn apart, sandblasted and powder coated later on. The TJ and the YJ both need to be done before Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge.

You can blow the 1800s engine hoist crap but you would miss it if you had to use a new one. It wouldn't lift half the stuff. 🤣
