I saw somewhere that aluminum foil was used to put the two halves together making them that much brighter when sunlight shown through.

GREAT idea!! You know they sell that tape, it’s like duct tape but it’s super shiny and metallic instead of the dull grey kind. I bet that would work!

If you put them in a bed of sand, the cement should not stick to the glass on the bottom side.

I want to make panels to serve as fence posts/ garden wall and put 6 foot -long cattle panel fence between. I wonder if it is feasible and cost effective compared to alternatives.

To prevent cracking while it cures, I think.

Like Lydia said, if concrete dries too fast it will crack. All you have to do it put a sheet of plastic over it allowing it to cure slower. 😁
