For putting zeros in matrix type “identity(n)” ,( n is dimension of the matrix and could be any number) You well get identity matrix with one’s in main diagonal and other elements are zero, with any dimension you need and then make changes needed.

What do I do for more elements and inclined ones?

Review this video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aorNlIiOi8Rgqqs) and the ones following it in the playlist. For more elements, your "Trans" matrix and [K] matrices will increase in size. For inclined elements, the theta (or "a" in the Mathcad example) in the [T] matrix will be the elements' angle.
