My latest info is, that they want to use the building as a centre for art and culture. Let´s hope that they will be able to realize their plans.

Wunderbares Gebäude. Erinnert ein wenig an die Megagebäude aus Cyberpunk 2077...

Ich finde es auch mega. Müsste nur intensiv genutzt werden. Mal schauen. Ab 2026 soll es da voran gehen. Hoffentlich nicht erst 2077 nach Berliner Art... 😉 Beste Grüße!
