For that back pain, install you a pull up bar you can hang from. Mine is high enough I have to jump to grab it. When I get something out of whack, I hang and twist. It puts it all back together again. Takes the pressure off the vertebrae and the twist puts it back in place.

Nah, since it's above ground and attached directly to the non pressure treated floor and floor joists below, it's not necessary
