Still nibbling on good old house rehab video. That was a brave move to kneel on fully exposed open joist floor. And if I remember correctly there is a stairwell right underneath. 👀 Got my perspiration level up just by looking. Classic BRT! 🔥🔥🔥

Looks just like my 1927 framing, I have to trim/square off my yellow wood 2x4s to match the rotted/termite pieces I replace.
